Account Executive - Midwest Region

Western LLC, a real estate development and design-build firm, is seeking an Account Executive to join our team to support marketing and business development efforts for the mid-west region. This position will be based out of the Elizabeth, Colorado office but may require travel 50% or more of the time. The successful candidate must work well in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, set priorities and complete tasks on time, be a self-starter, and foster a positive relationship with clients and team members. The Account Executive will have a vital role in maintaining constant contact with high profile clients and ensuring that the client’s best interest is always in mind.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with client/target research and outreach including meetings, visits, email creation, correspondence, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service to assigned client and potential clients
  • Ability to coordinate, attend, and lead meetings
  • Oversee project schedules and maintain deadlines
  • Represent the firm through attendance of industry meetings, events, conferences, and tradeshows
  • Lead/assist in the planning, preparation and production of teaming pursuit deliverables, qualifications, and proposals
  • Interact with clients, owners, project managers, subcontractor/suppliers, etc. 

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or business development capacity
  • Positive, optimistic, and can-do attitude with the ability to work with or without direction
  • Reliable, self-starter, highly organized, manages time well
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel
  • Real estate experience a plus
  • Aviation experience a plus
  • FBO CSR experience a plus
  • Experience/familiarity with the Omaha, NE area a plus

Account Executive - San Antonio / Austin, TX Region

Western LLC is seeking an Account Executive to join our team to support marketing and business development efforts for Central/East Texas. This position will be based out of San Antonio but may require travel. The successful candidate must work well in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, set priorities and complete tasks on time, be a self-starter, and foster a positive relationship with clients and team members. The Account Executive will have a vital role in maintaining constant contact with high profile clients and ensuring that the client’s best interest is always in mind.

  • Work closely with the marketing/development team to assess the progress of developments and develop sales strategy accordingly
  • Lead/assist in the planning, preparation and production of teaming pursuit deliverables, qualifications, and proposals
  • Interact with clients, owners, project managers, subcontractor/suppliers, etc.

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or business development capacity
